2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

First-Time Subscription

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and does not apply to renewals or upgrades.

3. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased for use within the Service are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be:

  • Refunded for cash or credit
  • Exchanged for other products or services
  • Transferred to another account

Unused credits do not expire and will remain in your account for future use.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Service that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitment (for applicable plans)
  • First-time subscription within 14 days

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Failure to use the Service or credits
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Issues caused by third-party services or internet connectivity
  • Dissatisfaction with scraped data quality (as data is sourced from public third-party sources)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@zillowcrm.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction for first-time subscriptions, or within 30 days for billing errors or technical issues.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will send you a confirmation email
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to your account and data until the end of the billing period
  • Any unused credits will remain in your account if you choose to reactivate later

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with appropriate documentation
  • Pursue legal action if fraudulent activity is detected

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, and free trial periods are subject to specific terms and conditions. Refunds for promotional subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
